Custom Slotted Spring Pins Manufacturer for Radial Retention & Mechanical Assembly
Anhui Pins manufactures slotted pins and slotted spring pins with a longitudinal slot that allows the pin body to compress during insertion and expand against the mating hole. This spring action creates radial retention between the pin and hole, making the pin suitable for shaft retention, component fastening, hinge joints and mechanical connections exposed to movement or vibration.
We produce slotted pins to DIN 1481, ISO 8752 and customer-defined specifications, with production controlled around the required pin diameter, free diameter, length, slot geometry, wall thickness and hardness. Custom configurations can be manufactured from customer drawings or samples when the standard size does not match the required hole and assembly conditions.
